Follow these steps to connect your Android device to SmarterMail

1. On your Android device, navigate to the settings menu.
2. Click Accounts & Sync.
3. Click Add Account.
4. Click Corporate or Exchange
5. Enter your email address and your password and click Next.
6. If you receive the error "Setup could not finish..." click "Edit Details"
7. In the Domain\Username field, enter your username and domain using the following format: \example@mydomain.com. <--- make sure the \ is before your email address!
8. Your password should automatically be entered. If not, enter it now.
9. Edit the Server field, to read: webmail.virtualdensity.com
10. Ensure that Use Secure Connection (SSL) is checked.
11. Click Next and configure your personal preferences for the frequency and amount of data to synchronize.
12. Click Next again, and configure your name as well as the connection name and click Done.
